Iris Wolke-Haupt appointed Managing Director of ISG in Germany

Iris Wolke-Haupt is to become ISG's new Managing Director in Germany. As of June 1, 2021, she will take over the role, previously held by Aydin Karaduman. A graduate in civil engineering, Iris was most recently Managing Director of Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft, the largest municipal housing company in Saxony.

For more than a year, the COVID-19 pandemic has defined our work and actions. One of the most important developments for our day-to-day work at ISG is the home office, which has now established itself as a permanent alternative to the fixed office workplace. Nevertheless, we will continue to dedicate the majority of our projects to office use. We believe that modern, user-oriented office space in good locations will continue to be in high demand.

Durchschnittlich 3,2 Bürotage peilen die Angestellten für ihre ideale Produktivität an, für ihr höchstes Wohlbefinden sind es 3,0 Bürotage. In beiden Fällen liegen die zeitlichen Vorstellungen der Arbeitnehmer über den Erwartungen ihrer Arbeitgeber.
